President Rtn.Suparna Called the meeting to order. She set the tone of the meeting by welcoming all the members. Two guest members, invited by Rtn. Dibyendu Mr. Anubhav and Mrs. Chaitali were warmly welcomed by all. New member Rtn. Chirag Buddhdev was pinned by rotary protocol after he took the rotary oath. General planning for the regal year was done in consensus with all the members with their valuable inputs. The meeting was followed by dinner.
