Agenda:
To initiate the plan and structure of the meeting. An overview for the entire year in a nutshell.
Minutes :
President Rtn. Suparna called and the meeting to order.
Rtn. Dibyendu set the tone of the meeting by leading the national anthem.
Rtn. Suparna led the meeting by discussing the plans according to the communication she had with the directors beforehand.
Rtn. Suparna’s vision:
1.To go with the ethos of Kalakar in this year , which would be in the form of Bhajan jamming, Musical concerts , Baithaki , to create a platform for the underprivileged artisans. She would like to plan at least three such events this year.
2. Can invite some influential speakers to the meetings , Book reading sessions, art talks with myriad forms of art.
3. To have a Lit fest .
4. To collaborate with Ramkrishna math or Iskon temple or Bhaktivedanta hospital for impactful projects.
5. To provide help to poor and bankrupt artisans.
6. Meeting timings to be set.
MEMBERS MEETING - EVERY 2ND AND 4TH WEDNESDAY AT 8.00PM 9.00PM (ONE TO BE DONE OFFLINE) FOLLOWED BY FELLOWSHIP OR PRECEDED BY A PROJECT.

Rt. Suparna opened the floor for members' suggestions.
Suggestions by Rt. Dibyendu:
1,Heritage walks.
2 He advised that every corporate has their own focus areas and if RCMK’s vision matches , we can garner more funds. Also to look for high net worth individuals for funding.
3.Rtn. Dibyendu suggested that projects like WASH project, close to central and state govt get good recognition. He gave an example of PBWA doing up several public toilets for which they got govt recognition.
4. Suggested 5 good fellowships which could be visiting fellow member’s houses for festivals and have an outstation picnic.
5. Considering the reduced attention span of people nowadays, he suggested a very short but to the point video creation for pitchdeck.
6. He also endorsed suggestions given by the other members.
Suggestions by RTN. Chandrasekaran:
To map the plan for the whole year regarding our pet projects and funding for the same.
RCMK should do some select projects to actually transform the lives of the beneficiaries. We need to first focus on our vision.make a presentation or a video highlighting our goal as soon as possible and then pitch for the funds from the corporates.
Plan for top 5 main projects to start with. To focus on quality projects rather than quantity .
We think, for each project that we are doing, what impact are we creating.
He endorsed the suggestions by other members.
Suggestions by Rtn. Haima:
Lit fest. 2. Something like Shakti walk (ref Rimjhim) to raise funds.
She informed the team that one Mr.Chandrashekaran Vaidyanathan was all out to sponsor events at the mental hospital in the inspire year , but a doctor out there was an obstacle to the same.

4. Rtn. Haima pointed out that for all meetings ,only certain members join. We should make it a minimum of ⅚ meetings compulsory for all.
Suggestions by Rtn. Malakiba :
Plan the focus areas which would help to plan the year financially .
She endorsed the opinions of art related causes, ketto funding and various other projects.
To collaborate with some NGOs.
Suggestions by Rtn. Sree:
1.Regarding the Lit fest Rtn Sree informed that RC Sobo club conducts a large scale Lit fest and RCMK can collaborate.
2. She advised that the projects have to be extremely impactful. To have a clear tunnel vision and look for outside funding.
She suggested fund raising through a fashion show with assistance from Rtn. Chirag. She mentioned regarding the Shaina NC fashion show done during Dream year.
She also put forward the project of the past , Kalanivedan, which is a zero cost project. Rtn. Sree offered that the program can happen at Nerul, where there is an open amphitheatre . Kalakar Baithaki can happen there too. Which would be good cross promotion. She suggested collection 2000/- from the artist but Rtn Suparna wasnt comfortable with charging the artist.
Every meeting should be a progression . points discussed in the previous meeting should be actionable in the next one instead of repetition.
During the Lit fest festival discussion, she suggested that Rtn. Chirag can design the attire of the characters, characters coming alive. This was very well received by everyone.
To start crowd funding .Ketto for funding our projects. To identify a strong cause for the same.
She suggested that Rtn. Chirag and Rtn. Suparna should try to rope in some celebrities for more traction.
She also endorsed and supported other members' plans .
Suggestions by Rtn. Chirag:
Charity based fashion shows. Where the garments are given at discounted prices and the collected amount is used for project funding.
He will design the RCMK Tshirts.
Suggestions by Rtn. Dr. Vaishali Das:
As a part of medical project , maybe we adopt a particular department in a hsopital and fund the same.
More cancer related projects for more impact.
She suggested that Rtn. Chandrasekaran and Rtn. Madhubanti can raise funds during their TATA MARATHON run if we associate a cause to it. It was well received.
Maybe collaborate with ZARIYA . an another art group for baithakis and other programs.
To identify the cause for starting ketto.
She endorsed and supported other members' actionable plans .
